A man, who went missing from Imatra, a municipality in South Karelia on Saturday, was found dead on Monday, police said.
The volunteers, who were conducting search at the locality and adject areas found the body of man from Imatra and informed the police in this regard.
Police, however, did not divulge the detail about the incident and the identity of the deceased but said that they did not suspect any crime link to the death.
The police are investigating into the incident to know more information in this regard.
Meanwhile, a man was killed in a road accident in Ii, a municipality under North Ostrobothnia region on Monday.
Police said that the accident took place at about 9:00 a.m. when a private car skidded off the road and collided with a roadside tree at Kuivajoentie area.
Driver of the car, who was alone onboard was killed on the spot in the accident.
The Police did not divulge the identity of the deceased.
The reason behind the accident could not be known immediately.
The Accident Investigation Board and Police are investigating into the incident to find out the circumstances surrounding the accident.
